We are looking for a relentless, high-energy Talent Sourcer to join our staffing agency team. This is not a passive role — we need someone who picks up the phone, hunts for talent with purpose, and refuses to close a search until the right candidate is found. You are the first point of contact in our talent pipeline, and your persistence and instincts directly drive results for our clients and our business. What You Will Do

Active Talent Sourcing

  • Proactively source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through phone calls, job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and referral networks
  • Execute high-volume outbound calling to connect with active and passive candidates
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent across multiple open roles and industries
  • Pursue every lead with persistence — follow up, follow through, and follow up again

Candidate Engagement & Screening

  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, availability, and interest
  • Clearly communicate role requirements, compensation, and expectations to prospective candidates
  • Evaluate candidate fit based on skills, experience, culture alignment, and client needs
  • Maintain accurate and detailed candidate notes and records in the ATS

Pipeline Management

  • Manage and organize a robust candidate pipeline across multiple concurrent searches
  • Track outreach activity, response rates, and pipeline status using the applicant tracking system
  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly sourcing metrics including calls made, screens completed, and submittmits delivered
  • Identify sourcing challenges early and propose creative solutions to find hard-to-fill talent

Collaboration & Communication

  • Partner closely with recruiters and account managers to understand client needs and open role requirements
  • Provide regular updates on pipeline status and sourcing progress
  • Share market intelligence and candidate feedback to help refine job requirements and sourcing strategies
  • Represent the agency professionally in all candidate interactions — every call is a reflection of our brand

Qualifications

  • 1 or more years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a high-volume outbound calling role
  • Proven ability to execute outbound phone outreach and engage passive candidates
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a confident and professional phone presence
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system or CRM to manage candidate pipelines
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting

Preferred

  • Prior experience in a staffing agency or third-party recruiting environment
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, ZipRecruiter, or similar platforms
  • Experience sourcing for specialized or hard-to-fill roles
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sourcing and pipeline metrics

This is a full time role Up to $5/hr $50/month (Health and Wellness Fund) 10 PTO per year (once eligible) Select US Paid Holidays
