Teamlead Customer Success & Support (gn) - 40 Std, hybrid (München)

Your Responsibilities

  • You will sustainably scale our existing Customer Success & Support team and prepare our processes for strong growth through targeted optimization.
  • You will manage daily operations and elevate performance to the next level through coaching, measurable KPIs, and the analysis of proven workflows.
  • You will document, analyze, and optimize our internal workflows along the entire customer journey (from contract to operation) to eliminate bottlenecks in project execution.
  • You will further develop our digital infrastructure and internal platforms to ensure information is efficiently findable at all times.
  • You will evaluate our customer portfolio and project data to derive strategic insights for management and prepare complex data for faster decision-making in daily operations.
  • You will work closely with Sales and Project Management, ensure information flow, and act as a central interface to the Product team for valuable customer insights.
  • You will be responsible for high-quality support and act as the first escalation point for complex cases.
  • You will increase customer satisfaction (retention) and identify potential in the after-sales area (e.g., storage retrofits, maintenance contracts).

Your Profile

  • You have several years of experience in Customer Success & Support, project management, or a customer-oriented environment – ideally with complex products (e.g., renewable energies).
  • You have initial leadership experience (approx. 1-2 years), e.g., as a senior, deputy, or technical lead, and enjoy supporting people in their development.
  • You have a deep understanding of relevant key figures (NPS, Churn, lead times) and a high affinity for digital tools as well as structured, process-oriented working methods.
  • You have the ability to identify problems early, analyze causes, and implement sustainable, scalable solutions together with the team.
  • You are an empathetic personality with clear communication – confident in dealing with customers, trade partners, and management.
  • You are willing to provide operational support in critical cases and take responsibility for the success of your area.
