Your Responsibilities

• Technical and disciplinary leadership and further development of the Analytics, Data, and Engineering team (focus on SAP)
• Steering the content orientation of Analytics, Data, and Engineering initiatives within the Corporate Domain
• Close collaboration with the Product Owner Analytics & Data for prioritization and implementation of business requirements
• Ensuring that Analytics use cases in the ERP environment deliver concrete added value for the business departments
• Building, maintaining, and steering a transparent use case roadmap for the Corporate Domain
• Close coordination with product owners of adjacent products, ERP teams, and central IT and Data Platform
• Ensuring data quality, transparency, and clear responsibilities
• Steering and approval of Proofs of Concept for rapid evaluation of new questions and solution approaches
• Overview of results and findings from Analytics, Data, and Engineering initiatives, as well as their classification and communication to relevant stakeholders

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in leading Analytics, Data, or Engineering teams
• Sound knowledge of modern Analytics, Data, and Engineering architectures (e.g., cloud-based data platforms, BI solutions, Advanced Analytics / AI)
• Experience in the ERP environment (focus on SAP) and/or with data-based questions in commercial business areas is a big plus
• Strong ability to structure business questions and translate them into viable technical solutions together with the team
• Clear and audience-appropriate communication, structured way of working, and a high degree of ownership
• Enjoyment in developing teams both technically and personally, as well as managing within a complex stakeholder environment
• High degree of initiative, organizational skills, and sense of responsibility
