Role

To strengthen their team, they are looking for a warehouse team leader. In this role, you will ensure that all logistics processes run smoothly. You achieve this by always maintaining an overview; you know exactly what happened before your shift, what needs to happen during your shift, and what needs to be done in the future. You will be responsible for a small team, which you will coach, motivate, and manage effectively so they can perform at their best and deliver good work every shift. Naturally, you don't mind lending a hand when your colleagues need extra help. Since you are daily involved in coaching your team and extensively consult with other team leaders and colleagues, good communication skills are essential. With your eye for detail, you quickly identify processes that can be improved and pinpoint bottlenecks. You can then resolve these in no time. With your strong leadership and organizational talent, you ensure an efficient and well-organized workplace.

Responsibilities
