Role

An internationally active company in Switzerland provides engineering and consulting services for complex industrial projects in regulated environments. The focus is on innovative automation solutions as well as the continuous further development of teams and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Building and further developing the software engineering team
• Professional and organizational leadership of employees
• Responsibility for portfolio and line functions
• Planning and implementation of automation projects (including with Siemens PCS 7)
• Ensuring quality, deadlines, and efficient processes

Qualifications

• Completed studies in automation technology or electrical engineering
• Many years of experience with Siemens PCS 7
• Several years of professional experience in software engineering in the pharmaceutical or chemical environment
• Experience in professional and organizational leadership
• Structured, solution-oriented, and communicative way of working
