About Our R&D Department

Our Research & Development (R&D) department is the innovation hub of our company, consisting of two areas: custom design and development. We are looking for an experienced leader for one of these two areas. Depending on your knowledge and interests, we will decide together which area you will take over. Your Responsibilities

• Leading a team of approximately five engineers and technical draftsmen within the R&D department
• Prioritizing projects, customer inquiries, and orders according to our company strategy
• Responsibility for technical solutions and their constructive implementation for our product portfolio (mechanical and electronic), considering deadlines, costs, and quality
• Further development of our development & design processes
• Close cooperation with adjacent departments (Sales, Production, Purchasing, Product Management) as well as direct exchange with customers
• Active participation in the strategic further development of the department

Your Profile

• Completed studies in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Process Engineering, or comparable
• At least 5 years of experience in design and personnel management
• At least 3 years of experience in project management (planning, implementation, control)
• High technical understanding and excellent knowledge of current technology trends
• Strong leadership qualities, communication skills, and decision-making ability – even in stressful situations
• Fluent German and English
• Desirable: Knowledge in electrical and pump technology
