Qualifications

• Degree: BSc or FH in Mechanical Engineering or comparable qualification
• Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading teams with Junior, Mid, and Senior Engineers, including motivation, coaching, and development of the team
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Experience in coordinating interfaces and complex processes between teams and departments
• Communication & Team Leadership: Ability to motivate the team, ensure clear communication, and foster a positive work culture
• Project & Requirements Management: Ability to plan projects structurally, use resources efficiently, and meet product requirements

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Organization: Planning, task analysis, prioritization, and assignment of tasks; team building and further development for efficiency and effectiveness
• Technical Responsibility: Supporting the team with technical questions, setting priorities, and ensuring adherence to engineering standards
• Product Responsibility: Ensuring that products meet defined requirements, are implemented functionally, reliably, and are ready for series production
• Technical Reviews: Responsibility for regular technical reviews and ensuring that their results are incorporated into decisions and process adjustments
