About Our Role

Our client is looking for a Team Lead Talent Acquisition & Recruiting (w/m/d) who will work closely with executives and talents to ensure professional exchange. You will take on an important role in the strategic further development of recruiting activities and promote your team both professionally and personally.

Your Responsibilities

Development and implementation of modern recruiting strategies (Active Sourcing, Employer Branding, etc.)
Responsibility for the entire recruitment process – from needs assessment to onboarding
Recruitment of senior positions
Close collaboration with executives and HR Business Partners
Optimization and digitalization of recruiting processes and tools
Analysis of relevant KPIs and derivation of measures for continuous improvement
Ensuring a positive candidate experience

What You Need to Succeed

Completed degree in HR, Psychology or similar, or vocational training with an HR specialist qualification
Several years of experience in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition, ideally with initial leadership experience
Experience in Active Sourcing and working with modern recruiting tools
Strong communication and consulting skills
Analytical thinking as well as a structured and solution-oriented approach
Flawless German and French language skills, bilingual ideal
