Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Tech Lead to oversee and guide the development of cutting‑edge applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of backend technology .NET coupled with robust frontend expertise in React / Angular. As a Tech Lead/Asso.Technical Architect, you will play a critical role in driving the design, development, and deployment of scalable solutions while mentoring team members and ensuring adherence to best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure applications.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Drive technical decisions and provide architecture guidance to the team.
• Ensure code quality through peer reviews, testing, and implementing best practices.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges, optimizing performance and scalability.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them to improve business processes.

Skills and Qualifications

• Backend Expertise: Proficiency in .NET
• Frontend Expertise: Strong experience in React/Angular.
• Extensive experience in designing RESTful APIs and integrating third‑party services.
• Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS or GCP).
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a deep understanding of algorithms and data structures.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a proven track record of managing teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Prior experience as a Tech Lead or similar leadership role.
