Your Missions

As a Tech Lead Data Engineering F/H, your missions will be:

Within the scope of your mission, you will work with multiple clients to design, implement, and deploy robust and scalable data solutions.

Your Role:

• Bring in-depth expertise in data strategies and architectures.
• Contribute to the technological orientation of projects, taking into account the specific business challenges of each client.

You will likely be involved in:

• Auditing and diagnosing data platforms and architectures.
• Designing technological and data architectures for analytics and AI topics.
• Leading technical projects as a Tech Lead.
• Defining and implementing data engineering, data modeling, and DevOps principles.

Your Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing data architectures in cloud and on-premise environments, then identify areas for improvement.
• Propose and implement target conceptual and technological architectures (data warehouse, data lake, lakehouse) and recommend the appropriate approach (centralized, decentralized, data mesh, hub & spoke) in line with client constraints and needs (performance, costs, security, confidentiality, regulatory compliance).
• Define design principles and implement data architectures that comply with client use cases and needs.
• Support the upskilling of Data Engineers/Analytics Engineers teams and ensure the quality of deliverables.
• Supervise the implementation of data pipelines (code-based, ETL/ELT) as well as the configuration of scheduling and orchestration tools, ensuring adherence to good development practices (PR, CI/CD, templating, containerization, environment management).
• Monitor technological evolutions (cloud provider offerings, frameworks, Big Data tools) and support clients in their strategic choices.
