As a professional team of global scale, we work with best clients for great and exciting projects, in an environment where we learn amazing things every day. Each code, each voice, each contribution, each challenge, each success is celebrated here.

We welcome candidates who share our values, have the skills and are passionate to enjoy our journey to build the digital future of finance, together.

About the job:

We are seeking a hands-on Technical Architect who blends strong software engineering expertise with customer advisory and vendor engagement experience. This role is responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end solutions while working directly with customers and third-party vendors to ensure successful, real-world delivery.

This is not a purely advisory, governance, or documentation-only role. The Technical Architect is expected to actively contribute code, lead technical implementation efforts, and serve as a trusted technical advisor across customers and vendor partners.

What you will be doing:

Architecture & Solution Design

  • Design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions that meet customer and business requirements
  • Develop and maintain architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and solution blueprints
  • Evaluate and select technologies, platforms, and vendor products based on technical and commercial trade-offs
  • Define integration patterns and standards across internal systems and third-party solutions
  • Design implementation architectures and solutions using advanced analytics and artificial intelligence

Hands-On Engineering

  • Implement core components, integrations, and reference implementations in production systems
  • Contribute production-quality code and participate actively in code reviews
  • Support engineering teams with hands-on troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues
  • Validate architectural decisions through real implementation, not just documentation

Customer Advisory & Engagement

  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, understanding their business objectives and technical constraints
  • Lead technical discovery sessions, workshops, and architecture reviews with customer stakeholders
  • Translate customer needs into concrete technical designs and actionable implementation plans
  • Present and defend architectural decisions to technical and non-technical customer audiences

Vendor & Partner Collaboration

  • Act as the primary technical interface with technology vendors and integration partners
  • Evaluate vendor capabilities, conduct technical due diligence, and validate solutions through proof-of-concepts
  • Collaborate with vendors to resolve integration challenges, performance issues, and deployment concerns
  • Ensure vendor solutions align with architectural standards, security requirements, and delivery timelines

Collaboration & Technical Leadership

  • Work closely with internal engineering, product, security, and delivery teams to ensure solutions are buildable and successfully delivered
  • Mentor engineers and technical team members through hands-on collaboration
  • Provide architectural leadership while remaining accountable for implementation outcomes

What we are looking for:

  • 8+ years of relevant working experience in software development and solution architecture
  • Banking or financial services industry experience
  • Strong experience in designing and building secure, highly-scalable, multi-tier architectures
  • Deep expertise in .NET framework and application development
  • Solid understanding of cloud and on-premises integration patterns
  • Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks
  • Proficiency in at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud)
  • Strong knowledge of integration patterns, APIs, and microservices architectures
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills that enable comprehension and resolution of complex business and technical issues
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Consultative mindset with customer-focused approach
  • Strong mentoring and knowledge-sharing capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Azure cloud platform
  • Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation
  • Relevant certifications (Azure, AWS, or other cloud/architecture certifications)
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

What This Role Is / Is Not

This role is:

  • Hands-on, implementation-focused, and delivery accountable
  • Customer-facing and consultative
  • Vendor- and partner-integrated

This role is not:

  • A purely pre-sales or post-sales advisory position
  • A governance-only or “diagram-only” architecture role
  • Detached from day-to-day engineering execution
