• Experience in gathering, writing, and refining technical business requirements
• Maintains a strong background in all aspects of database technology, systems solutions, and reporting tools
• Requires a solid understanding of business functional areas, business processes and business process issues, and data analysis
• Strong analytical and project management / support skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize, track, and deliver results
• Strong collaborating skills, and an ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines; high energy, self-motivated and proactive
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, and be flexible with regard to workload and assignments
• Ability to exercise judgment
