Associate Director, Data and Analytics

In This Role, You Will

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand AI use cases, define problem statements, and translate them into actionable requirements. Drive requirement discovery workshops, aligning business goals with AI capabilities.
• Technical Delivery & Execution. Lead end-to-end AI solution delivery from ideation to production deployment. Collaborate with engineers, platform teams and testing analysts for seamless execution.
• Own delivery timelines, milestones, and overall program execution. Manage risks, dependencies, and escalation proactively. Ensure compliance with organizational standards, data governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular reviews, status reporting, and executive updates.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and capability building within the AI learn.
• Drive collaboration across business, technology, and operations teams.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI to enhance existing AI solutions and frameworks.
• Stay updated with emerging AI trends and incorporate relevant advancements.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and requirement elicitation skills, with proven experience in managing complex, ambiguous problem statements and the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes under pressure.
• Strong ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions, ensuring clear alignment between stakeholders, delivery teams, and outcomes.
• Knowledge of data architecture, APIs, and system integration, enabling end-to-end delivery across AI & Cloud platforms and services.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively, maintaining delivery momentum across competing demands.
• Experience in effort estimation, planning and execution tracking, with disciplined delivery governance and progress transparency.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills, applying structured thinking to unblock teams and manage delivery risk.
• Knowledge of responsible AI / Ethical AI practices, embedding ethical considerations into AI & Cloud delivery.
• Exposure to data governance and compliance frameworks, with familiarity with GenAI, LLMs and prompt engineering to support modern AI delivery approaches.
