Technical Delivery Manager- Web & Mobile (Individual Contributor)

Role Overview: As a Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) for Web & Mobile projects, your primary responsibility is to plan, coordinate, and ensure the successful delivery of technology projects within specified timelines, scope, and quality standards. You will play a crucial role in aligning business objectives with technical execution across architecture, development, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the end-to-end delivery of multiple technology projects or workstreams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and resource plans. - Ensure technical feasibility, quality assurance, and compliance with architectural standards. - Drive sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release management processes. - Manage dependencies, risks, and facilitate issue resolution among teams. - Monitor project KPIs (effort, cost, quality, and timelines) and provide status reports to leadership. - Coordinate activities across development, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams for seamless execution. - Promote a culture of continuous improvement, automation, and process optimization within the organization.

Qualification Required: - 12+ years of experience in IT delivery management or technical program management. - Profound understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies such as Agile/Scrum and DevOps. - Demonstrated proficiency in managing complex, multi-team, or enterprise-scale projects. - Strong technical background in cloud platforms, APIs, microservices, and CI/CD. - Excellent skills in stakeholder management, communication, and leadership. - Any Graduate with experience in digital transformation programs would be preferred for this role.
