We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead - iOS Developer to lead our iOS development initiatives, drive innovation, and mentor a high-performing development team. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the next generation of OTT solutions while contributing to strategic technology decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and architect the design, development, and deployment of iOS OTT applications for mobile and TV platforms.

• Manage and mentor a team of iOS developers, ensuring best practices in coding, architecture, and development processes.

• Collaborate with design, product, and backend teams to deliver user-centric solutions.

• Define technical strategies and ensure the successful execution of iOS development projects.

• Optimize application performance and resolve complex technical challenges.

• Oversee application lifecycle management, from conceptualization to deployment on the App Store.

• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to guide innovation. Ensure compliance with security, scalability, and performance standards. •

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in iOS development, with strong proficiency in Swift and Objective-C.

• Proven experience in designing and developing enterprise-grade iOS applications, including OTT and TV apps.

• Expertise in MVVM architecture, design patterns, and scalable system design.

• Successfully developed and deployed 5+ applications currently live on the App Store.

• Strong understanding of UI frameworks (UIKit, CoreData) and performance optimization techniques.

• Experience integrating third-party libraries, APIs, and cloud services (AWS/Firebase).

• Solid knowledge of App Store submission, provisioning, and certificate management.

• Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/XP).

• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills.

• Strong project management and reporting abilities.

• Passion for innovation and keeping up-to-date with technological trends.

• Experience in developing app for Apple TV is an added advantage Experience in SWIFTUI is an added advantage. •

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with media streaming technologies and video player integrations.

• Exposure to CI/CD tools for iOS app deployment. Familiarity with security protocols and scalable solutions for enterprise applications. •

Educational Qualification: B.Tech/MCA/B.E. in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
