Responsibilities

In our team, we shape the future of customer communication. We are responsible for the conception, development, and operation of systems for individual and mass correspondence as well as form management, from document generation to the electronic mailbox and the distribution of forms to the surrounding systems. We are looking for reinforcement for our Domain Management Team in the technical environment. As part of a cross-functional, agile team, we offer you the opportunity to grow in an innovative environment and contribute your ideas.

• Steering the further development and operation of the ISIS Papyrus applications (Change and Run)
• Close collaboration with the DevOps team with a focus on operation, security, and change management
• Coordination of overarching development activities and domain-internal release management
• Ensuring the implementation of the IT strategy as well as development and security specifications within the domain
• Advising the Domain PO and stakeholders on all technical topics in the domain
• Taking over large technical topics as Lead Developer and coordinator of the implementation

Qualifications

• Completed studies or training in the IT field or comparable qualifications
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
• Ideally, many years of developer experience with ISIS Papyrus
• Interest in modern technologies and methods such as test automation, CI/CD, DevOps, or Cloud
• Passion for agile working methods (Scrum, Kanban)
• Analytical thinking skills and strong conceptual abilities
• A working style characterized by partnership, appreciation, enthusiasm, and team spirit
