Your Role

In our team, we actively shape the future of customer communication. We are responsible for the conception, development, and operation of modern systems – from individual and mass correspondence, through form management, to document generation, electronic mailbox, and seamless distribution of forms in surrounding systems.

For our Domain Management Team in the technical environment, we are looking for dedicated support. You will work in a cross-functional, agile team that lives innovation and offers you space for personal and professional development. In this position, you can expect the following main tasks:

• Steering the further development and operation of the ISIS Papyrus applications (Change and Run)
• Close collaboration with the DevOps team with a focus on operations, security, and change management
• Coordination of overarching development activities and domain-internal release management
• Ensuring the implementation of the IT strategy as well as development and security guidelines within the domain
• Advising the Domain PO and stakeholders on all technical topics within the domain
• Taking on major technical topics as a coordinator of the implementation

Your Profile

• Completed degree or training in IT or comparable qualifications
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
• Many years of experience in output or comparable technical environments
• Ideally, experience in the financial services sector
• Interest in modern technologies and methods such as test automation, CI/CD, DevOps, or Cloud
• Passion for agile working methods (Scrum, Kanban)
• Analytical thinking skills and strong conceptual abilities
• A working style characterized by partnership, appreciation, enthusiasm, and team spirit
