Technical Program Manager - AI/ML Products

Role Summary

We are hiring for a Technical Program Manager - AI/ML Products to support AI-driven HR product initiatives focused on improving enterprise people operations and employee experience. In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage program execution, and help move AI solutions from concept through production readiness in a fast-paced technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of AI initiatives from concept through deployment
• Translate business use cases into structured execution plans with clear milestones, ownership, and timelines
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including AI strategy, data science, engineering, enterprise systems, and business stakeholders
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, planning sessions, demos, and feedback discussions
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers while driving resolution across teams
• Support execution workflows and establish effective collaboration processes
• Track program progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership
• Help transition AI solutions from prototype stages into production readiness
• Manage multiple workstreams and priorities in a dynamic environment
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to maintain alignment and delivery momentum

Must-Have Skills

• 5 to 7 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Product Operations, or similar roles
• Strong experience managing complex cross-functional programs
• Familiarity with the AI/ML product lifecycle including data, modeling, and deployment processes
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills
• Strong organizational and execution capabilities
• Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives and priorities
• Experience working on AI or data-driven products
• Ability to support projects moving from prototype to production environments
• Experience working in product or technology-focused organizations

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with HR technology or employee experience platforms
• Familiarity with planning and collaboration tools such as Airtable
• Exposure to enterprise AI initiatives and operational workflows
• Experience supporting remote and distributed teams across time zones
