Responsibilities

• Manage external technical authoring suppliers
• Review and provide feedback on deliverables
• Monitor supplier KPIs for quality and delivery
• Perform quality checks of technical publications
• Lead root cause analysis for publication issues

Requirements

• College diploma or 3+ years in Technical Publications
• Experience with S1000D, ATA, XML/SGML
• Proficiency in English; French is a plus
• Background in aerospace or aviation
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications
