Flatgigs is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Technical recruiter) to support the growth of our tech team, recruiting roles ranging from backend and frontend engineers to AI, Machine Learning, IoT, GIS, iOS and Android developers.
What will you do?
- Partner with hiring teams to manage the entire recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, candidate screening, interview liaison, and closing offers.
- Source, engage, and screen both passive and active talent for existing roles and upcoming recruiting needs.
- Improve candidate experience by creating engagement and facilitating new applications.
- Design and drive innovative programs to engage passive candidates: partnerships, internships, sourcing campaigns.
- Work on the ATS to facilitate the search process.
- Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification.
- Assess candidates on both soft and technical skills, and when possible, evaluate coding tasks.
- Create recruitment reports and dashboards to provide regular updates.

What Are We Looking For?
- 5+ years of tech recruitment experience, either in-house or in an agency.
- Experience with software engineering roles or certification.
- Ability to multi‑task and work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience working with an ATS.
- Experience in using LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing.
- Proactive, ownership mindset, and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Consistent track record of bulk hiring: sourcing, recruiting, and closing technical roles.
