About the role

Responsibilities • Acquire knowledge and execute end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles • Identify potential candidates using various sources such as job portals, social media, and professional networks • Review resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate suitability • Arrange and coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers • Maintain up-to-date and accurate candidate information in the applicant tracking system • Establish strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs • Support the onboarding process for new employees • Stay updated with industry trends and best recruitment practices Qualifications • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Management, or a related field (Preference for 2023-2024 graduates) • Strong spoken and written communication skills • Basic computer skills with the ability to adapt to new technologies quickly • Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail • Capability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment • Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines
