The Technical Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, identifying, screening and scheduling interviews of qualified candidates for DAVIS clients. The Technical Recruiter will work with members of our sales team to assess hiring needs for our client areas while building a pipeline of qualified candidates. Will work in a variety of verticals including Manufacturing, Engineering and IT.
Hours: Monday - Friday in Office, 8am - 5pm during training. Once trained, WFH on Fridays
Salary: $45k to $60k, Plus Bi-weekly Uncapped Commission Structure Estimated 1st year Earnings: 65K to 75K Estimated 2nd Year Earnings: 95k to 105k Focused Recruiting- No Sales, 100% Recruiting
Responsibilities
- Identify passive and active qualified candidates through various recruitment methods for contract and direct-hire opportunities.
- Create job postings based on hiring requirements for client areas.
- Utilize social media and attend networking events to represent the brand and attract candidates.
- Collaborate with the internal sales team to qualify requisitions and determine best hiring practices.
- Utilize internal online sourcing resources to produce qualified candidates for internal and client areas.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
- 1+ years of Technical Recruiting experience preferred (agency setting is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer literacy required with proficiency in MS Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
