Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Technical Recruiter with strong BFSI domain exposure to support hiring across banking technology projects. The role involves end-to-end recruitment for niche and critical IT positions within banking, financial services, and fintech environments.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment • Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer closure • Handle both contract staffing and permanent hiring mandates • Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical and domain requirements
Technical Hiring (Core Focus) • Recruit for roles across: • Application Development (Java, .NET, Microservices, Angular, React) • Data & Analytics (SQL, Python, Data Engineering, BI tools) • Cloud & DevOps (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, CI/CD) • Testing (Automation, Selenium, Performance Testing) • Infrastructure & Support (Unix/Linux, Middleware, Production Support)
Banking / BFSI Hiring • Strong understanding of banking domains, including: • Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Wealth Management • Payments, Cards, Lending, Treasury • Risk & Compliance, Regulatory Reporting • Experience hiring for platforms such as: • Temenos / T24 / TAP • Murex (Risk, Front Office, Back Office) • Core Banking & Digital Banking platforms
Stakeholder Management • Partner with business leaders, delivery managers, and clients • Provide market insights (salary trends, talent availability) • Manage client expectations and ensure timely delivery
Sourcing & Talent Strategy • Utilize multiple channels: • LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, internal database, referrals • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of banking tech talent • Drive niche and passive candidate hiring strategies
Offer & Closure • Handle salary negotiations and offer management • Ensure high joining ratios and candidate engagement • Manage onboarding coordination
Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have • 4–10 years of experience in IT recruitment with BFSI exposure in Singapore Market • Proven experience hiring for banking technology roles • Strong understanding of technical stacks + banking domain • Experience in stakeholder and client management
Good-to-Have • Experience in resource augmentation / IT services companies • Exposure to Singapore/APAC banking clients (preferred) • Experience working on high-volume + niche hiring
