We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to enhance and integrate our AI platform for enterprise applications. This highly technical role involves owning the customer relationship, ensuring seamless integration, and providing hands-on support. You will interact with teams to design solutions and troubleshoot issues, making a significant impact in the insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-own technical relationships through demos and production phases
• Integrate AI platform into customer environments using Python
• Investigate and understand customer platform issues
• Provide hands-on guidance and technical troubleshooting
• Conduct executive-level technical discussions and presentations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 4–6 years in software development or solutions engineering
• Proficiency in Python or Go; cloud platform experience
• Strong problem-solving skills for complex production issues
• Located in Toronto for 5 days in-office
