In this role, you will act as a key link between sales, product, and engineering teams, translating complex technical capabilities into real-world customer solutions. Accountabilities

  • Partner with sales teams to qualify opportunities and lead technical discovery discussions with prospective customers
  • Design and deliver tailored solutions, including technical demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements
  • Act as the primary technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, ensuring alignment between customer needs and product capabilities
  • Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and technical inquiries with accuracy and strategic insight
  • Build strong relationships with technical stakeholders and decision-makers across client organizations
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and influence product development
  • Support seamless onboarding by working closely with customer success teams post-sale
  • Contribute to internal documentation, technical playbooks, and demo environments
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and target market needs
  • Represent the organization at industry events, webinars, and customer meetings when required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, GIS, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or consulting roles, ideally within geospatial or Earth observation domains
  • Hands-on experience with geospatial data, remote sensing technologies, and related tools
  • Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language, preferably Python
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience working with AI/ML applications in geospatial or data analytics contexts is a plus
  • Strong customer-facing skills with a consultative and solution-oriented mindset
  • Excellent collaboration and communication abilities across cross-functional teams
