About the role
About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Writer to create clear, concise, and user‑friendly documentation that supports our products and business processes. The ideal candidate will have experience developing user manuals, documenting business use cases, and mapping workflows to ensure stakeholders and end‑users can easily understand and adopt solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain user manuals, installation guides, and product documentation.
- Document business use cases to capture requirements, scenarios, and expected outcomes.
- Create detailed workflow diagrams and process documentation to support operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business analysts to gather information and translate technical concepts into accessible content.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with documentation standards.
- Review and edit existing documentation for clarity, usability, and completeness.
- Support training and onboarding by providing high‑quality reference materials.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience of 1‑4 years as a Technical Writer or similar role.
- Strong ability to write and edit user manuals, business use cases, and workflows.
- Proficiency in documentation tools (MS Office, Visio, or similar).
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work with cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT, SaaS, or enterprise software documentation.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, or other workflow‑driven platforms.
- Knowledge of diagramming tools (Lucidchart, Draw.io, etc.).
