Technical Writer for AWS

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Technical Writer to join our team and contribute to the documentation of our cutting-edge AWS services. You will play a crucial role in making complex technical information accessible and understandable to a wide range of users, from developers to system administrators.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and maintain high-quality technical documentation for AWS services.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.
• Develop clear, concise, and user-friendly content, including API references, tutorials, and conceptual guides.
• Organize and structure documentation for optimal readability and navigation.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of documentation processes and standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in the cloud computing or software industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts.
• Familiarity with AWS services and ecosystem.
• Experience with documentation tools and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, English, Technical Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
