Job Title: Technical Writer – SOP & Documentation Location: Navi Mumbai Experience: Minimum 3 Years Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Technical Writer with strong hands-on expertise in Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) writing and document troubleshooting . The role requires close collaboration with technical, operations, and compliance teams to create, review, standardize, and maintain high-quality documentation. Key Responsibilities SOP & Technical Documentation Create, review, and maintain SOPs, process documents, work instructions, and policy documents . Translate complex technical and operational processes into explicit, structured, and user-friendly documentation . Ensure documentation aligns with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and audit expectations . Maintain version control, document lifecycle management, and approval workflows. Document Troubleshooting & Review Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or errors in existing documents and troubleshoot documentation issues . Update obsolete or unclear SOPs based on process changes, audit feedback, or stakeholder inputs. Ensure accuracy, clarity, completeness, and consistency across all documentation artifacts. Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with SMEs, IT, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Quality teams to gather inputs. Conduct walkthroughs and interviews to understand processes before documentation. Support internal audits, process reviews, and compliance assessments through accurate documentation. Documentation Governance Establish documentation templates, style guides, and naming conventions. Ensure documents are stored, indexed, and retrievable as per organizational standards.
