Technology Executive Director

As the Head of Technology for Business Lending at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading and scaling high-performing tech teams in India. Your responsibilities will include driving digital transformation, engineering excellence, and owning API-led, Microservices, and Cloud platforms. Additionally, you will establish strong DevOps and delivery practices while collaborating with global and business stakeholders.

In terms of the Technology Stack, you will be working with APIs, Microservices, Java, .NET, and React. You will also leverage Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, along with DevOps tools like CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and practices related to monitoring and observability.

Qualifications Required: - 18+ years of total experience - 5+ years of experience in Business Lending/Commercial Lending - Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills - Proven experience in building scalable platforms
