About the Department

The "Counter-UAS" department focuses on the fully integrated, modular solution "Elysion C-UAS", which offers the best possible performance for detection, identification, and defense against drones in various situations. Elysion consists of powerful, operationally proven command and control software that provides a clear situational overview, networking long-range sensors and effective defense systems. This allows us to protect, for example, military units or critical infrastructure from drones used for espionage, vandalism, or terrorist attacks.

Your Responsibilities

• Organizational control of assigned employees
• Contact person for projects (Project Managers and Technical Project Managers), clients, employees, and subcontractors for technical questions regarding IT integration
• Responsibility for coordinating activities in the area of IT systems and infrastructure implementation between projects and/or within the c-UAS team
• Planning and control of the IT work package in all c-UAS projects to ensure project success/profitability
• Participation in bids for the IT integration portion
• Initialization and coordination of project execution
• Control and adherence to contractual agreements
• Execution of resource planning for employees
• Continuous monitoring of schedules and costs
• Contribution to strategic personnel needs development in close coordination with the department head
• Personnel planning, development, and qualification of directly assigned employees

Readiness for extensive business travel is a prerequisite.

Your Profile

• Completed degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification
• Many years of diverse professional experience
• Experience with MS Office (e.g., MS PowerPoint and MS Excel)
• Experience in Requirements Engineering
• Certified further training (e.g., ISTQB Certified Tester Advanced Level, SAP Consultant, ITIL, PMI certification or similar, Controller Academy)
• Willingness to acquire new knowledge
• Ability to understand complex issues
• Ability to capture and present processes and optimization potentials
• Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel
• High customer and service orientation
• Experience with complex products and services requiring explanation
• Solid understanding of governmental and military procurement processes
• Experience in managing sub-projects, projects, and project teams
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
