As a Senior QA Automation Tester H/F looking for a freelance mission, we have the perfect project for you with one of our clients based in Niort in the insurance sector.

What awaits you

As part of the CRM redesign for the HR management part, we are looking for a Lead QA/Senior QA specialized in automation to:

• Lead the automated testing strategy on the project
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts with Robot Framework
• Participate in defining test cases in collaboration with product and development teams
• Ensure the quality of deliverables by integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Mentor and support a junior QA on best practices for testing and automation
• Monitor anomalies and contribute to their resolution
• Implement and improve QA processes in the context of a CRM redesign

What you are

An experienced QA automation tester with at least 3-5 years of experience, you have:

• Proven experience as a Lead QA or QA Automation Engineer
• Excellent command of test automation, particularly with Robot Framework
• Solid understanding of CRM environments and redesign challenges
• Experience in implementing test strategies and automation frameworks
• Good knowledge of CI/CD practices and associated tools
• Ability to lead a team and work cross-functionally with technical and business teams
• Autonomy, rigor, and analytical skills
• Agile experience is a plus
