Track Manager – Kubernetes & Terraform

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled cloud operations professional to drive operational excellence across complex cloud-native environments. This role focuses on Kubernetes operations, Terraform-based infrastructure automation, AWS PaaS service management, incident response, and technical leadership in enterprise cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operational excellence for Kubernetes / EKS-based production environments ensuring availability, scalability, and security
• Design and govern Terraform-based Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions for infrastructure automation and lifecycle management
• Manage AWS PaaS services including Lambda, RDS, and S3 for reliable service delivery aligned with SLAs
• Provide expert guidance on Linux administration and AWS CloudFormation for provisioning, monitoring, and troubleshooting
• Lead technical operations teams and mentor engineers on Kubernetes, Terraform, and AWS best practices
• Evaluate and implement new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to improve operational efficiency
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to convert business requirements into technical cloud solutions
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory standards across infrastructure operations
• Drive incident response, troubleshooting, and operational process improvements in enterprise cloud environments

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional (preferred)
• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) (preferred)
• HashiCorp Terraform Associate (preferred)
