What awaits you

• A tailor-made 15-month trainee program with a focus on Analytics – practical and tailored to you and your interests.
• You will gain insights into various company areas with analytical tasks and, for example, take on the following responsibilities:
  • Interpretation and visualization of data and key figures using tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, and Microsoft Azure.
  • Identification of relevant KPIs to derive recommendations for action, for example, for merchandise management planning and merchandise control of our sales channels.
  • Communication of analysis results in the form of presentations and dashboards/reports.
• You will take responsibility for your own topics and projects from the beginning.
• We support your personal development with training specifically tailored to trainees, feedback discussions, and networking events.

What you bring

• A successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Studies, or a comparable analytically oriented degree program.
• You have initial analytical experience through internships, vocational training, or a part-time job, which we can build upon together.
• You want to delve deeply and in detail into topics, have a passion for interpreting complex data structures, and have a strong interest in strategic issues in the rapidly changing retail environment.
• An open and confident demeanor, far from any "elbow mentality."
• Fluent German and proficient English skills.
