Our AI Development department acts as a catalyst for Data & AI Transformation. We rely on a holistic approach that ranges from the initial evaluation of AI maturity through the conception and elaboration of the data and AI solution to the practical implementation and scaling of AI solutions. Through our in-depth expertise in Data Engineering, Data Science, and Machine Learning, we ensure that our clients derive maximum benefit from their data.

For our AI Development department, we are looking for trainees whom we will specifically prepare for their future role as Junior Consultants with a focus on Data Science within one year. You can find detailed information about our trainee program here.

Your Tasks

Focus: Development of software solutions with a focus on APIs and GenAI-based applications in customer projects

• You work in a team on the conception, development, and further development of software applications for customers
• You support the recording and structuring of requirements and help to translate them into customer-oriented solutions
• You develop and implement software solutions with a focus on APIs and GenAI applications in various industries and use cases
• You support the productive deployment of developed solutions and contribute to stable and reliable systems
• You help analyze and resolve application and system problems
• You actively participate in internal knowledge sharing formats and learning initiatives
• You support Senior Consultants in day-to-day project work, for example, in preparing presentations and project documents

Your Profile

• You have very good Python skills and are familiar with advanced concepts such as asynchronous programming
• You are able to write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code and apply common design and programming patterns
• You have experience with common Python frameworks and libraries such as FastAPI and Pydantic
• Initial knowledge in the area of Data Science or AI, for example with scikit-learn or OpenAI, is an advantage
• You have gained initial practical experience with GenAI-based applications
• You are familiar with modern Python tools such as uv, ruff, or ty
• You use modern coding tools, including agentic approaches, to work efficiently while ensuring high code quality
• You communicate clearly and have good English skills as well as basic German skills with the willingness to expand them
• You work reliably, structured, and independently
