Transformer Engineer

About

We are looking for a Transformer Engineer to help build, train, and optimize transformer-based AI models. The ideal candidate has experience with PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP).

Responsibilities

• Develop and fine-tune transformer models (BERT, GPT, T5, etc.)
• Train and evaluate deep learning models using PyTorch
• Process and prepare datasets for model training
• Optimize model performance and inference speed
• Collaborate with the team to integrate AI solutions into applications

Requirements

• Strong experience with Python and PyTorch
• Knowledge of Transformer architectures and NLP concepts
• Experience with Hugging Face Transformers
• Familiarity with model training, evaluation, and deployment
• Good problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with LLMs and RAG systems
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and MLOps tools
• Experience with distributed training and GPU optimization
