Transmission Program Manager

• *Senior Transformation Programme manager** • *Key Responsibilities** • Understands and articulates the BSS programme's sponsor's strategic direction • Reviews the existing programmes and launch new programmes aligned to strategic direction, as required • Produces a future view of the business area impacted by the programmes on the people, systems, structures, culture and processes changes • Facilitates the allocation of resources and manage resources across workstreams • Facilitates procurement requirements for the project • Manages the project budget, where applicable • Co-ordinates the project and workstream integration points and interdependencies • Approves (or rejects) change requests per delegation of authority • Recommends on project launch readiness • Manages Stakeholder engagement and communication for the project • Validates deliverables (outputs) to quality standards and the project's "outcome" with relevant stakeholders • Oversees Post Implementation Reviews after launch, and feedback of lessons learned to relevant stakeholders • *Certification in -** • Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 Practitioner is essential • Program Management Professional (PgMP) or equivalent advantageous • Agile is essential • Minimum 6-8 years' managing projects end to end using PMBOK/PRINCE2 methodologies is essential • Minimum 3 years' managing programmes end to end using PMBOK/PRINCE2 methodologies is essential • 3-5 years' experience in taking transformation projects to market is essential • Broad experience of Benefit Realisation tracking • Ability to analyse company-wide projects and organise into manageable workstreams is essential • Previous experience managing cross functional/transversal projects & programmes • Experience as a Scrum Master applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory is essential • Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc
