Role Summary

Technology – Design for Technology – UX/UI Design – Manager. The Platforms Practice specializes in mission‑critical, intelligent platforms for the world’s most ambitious organizations. Using our product‑driven, AI‑centric approach, we empower organizations to build for the intelligent digital future. Our elite team of product leaders, data scientists, designers, and software engineers enable our clients to solve their most complex product challenges and positively impact people and the world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Recommend changes to policies and establish new procedures.
  • Exercise judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining results.
  • Accountable for performance objectives and metrics set locally, including client service, quality and risk management, sales and business growth, solution development, and teaming.
  • Travel may be required as needed by external clients.

Required Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree (4‑year degree) in design, Human‑Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Typically no less than 4‑6 years of practical experience in UX or product design.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating user‑centered design thinking, process, problem‑solving, and outcomes.
  • Experience in leading design projects.
  • Experience in AI‑powered tools including automation, prompting, or generative design.
  • Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Ability to translate complex requirements into simple, intuitive experiences.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills.
  • Comfort working in an agile, collaborative, multi‑discipline environment.
  • A growth mindset and willingness to iterate based on feedback.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience designing for enterprise or SaaS products.
  • Familiarity with front‑end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS).
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Experience working with or contributing to design systems.
  • Strong commercial astuteness and the ability to communicate with impact.
  • A knack for complex problem‑solving and critical thinking.
  • A high level of digital fluency and emotional agility.
  • Experience in hybrid collaboration and learning agility.
  • A proven track record in managing change, negotiation, and influencing.
