Responsibilities:

Own and design end-to-end UKG (Kronos) solution architecture

Lead UKG implementations, upgrades, and migrations

Define functional and technical architecture across WFM, Payroll, HCM

Design and oversee integrations, data flows, and system landscapes

Act as the primary technical/functional advisor for clients

Guide functional and technical teams on best practices

Review designs, ensure scalability, security, and performance

Support pre-sales, solutioning, and architecture discussions

Skills Required:

12 15 years of overall experience with deep UKG / Kronos expertise

Solid hands-on experience in UKG WFM, Payroll, HCM

Proven experience as a Solution / Technical Architect

Expertise in integrations, APIs, middleware, and data migration

Excellent client-facing, leadership, and communication skills
