Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle IT requirements for US based clients.
• Analyze the requirements to understand clients IT resource need and deliver qualified candidates/consultants with a minimum turnaround time.
• Source & Screen candidates from various sources like Internal Company Database, Resume/Job Portals and Professional Networking.
• Edit & Format resumes matching consistency and giving the resume visual cum technical perfection before presenting it to clients.
• Maintain Candidate/Vendor relations; keep them updated on the progress of submittals made.
• Handle Interviews, Closures, Paperwork & On Boarding.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers /experience.
• Education: Graduates / Undergraduates
• Good Communication – Verbal and written (English Mandatory).
• Good Attitude & Team Player.
• Speaking with Professionals across the USA.
• Knowledge of MS Office (will be added value).
• Willingness to work in night shift (US Shift)
