US Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter with 6 months –3 years of experience in US staffing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified IT professionals for our US-based clients. The role requires strong knowledge of the US recruitment process, job portals, and excellent communication skills to interact with candidates and clients during US business hours.

Key Responsibilities: • Source and identify qualified candidates through job portals such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, and internal databases. • Screen and evaluate candidates through phone interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. • Work closely with account managers and clients to understand job requirements and hiring needs. • Submit qualified candidates to clients within the required timelines. • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients. • Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process. • Negotiate compensation packages and ensure candidate onboarding documentation is completed. • Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals for current and future requirements.

Required Skills: • 6 months –3 years of experience in US IT recruitment or US staffing. • Strong experience working with job portals such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and CareerBuilder. • Good understanding of US work authorizations (US Citizen, GC, H1B, OPT, CPT, etc.). • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet submission targets. • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Skills: • Experience working with direct clients or implementation partners. • Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment databases.

Education: • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Shift:

Night Shift – 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM (Monday to Friday)
