User Experience Product Manager (AI Solutions)

Role Overview: As a Senior Product Manager at Trinka AI, you will play a crucial role in leading the product management team. You should have at least 5+ years of experience in user-experience-driven AI product management, preferably in B2C and B2B AI SaaS. Additionally, you should possess either 3+ years of full-stack/backend development experience in product companies or 3+ years of AI/ML/NLP research engineering experience. Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with various teams such as product managers, designers, marketers, sales, engineering leadership, and research leadership to ensure successful project delivery and iterative product roadmap redesigning in an agile manner.

Key Responsibilities: - Formulate Trinka's long-term product vision, goals, metrics, and strategy. - Translate the product strategy into actionable plans and objectives for the short and medium term. - Guide project prioritization and assist in making resourcing and prioritization tradeoffs. - Develop a compelling product roadmap based on customer needs, available resources, and strategic opportunities. - Collaborate closely with the AI/ML research team to ensure the alignment of product roadmap metrics and success measurement. - Estimate project ROI accurately and communicate effectively up and down the chain of command. - Educate the team on best practices for project deployment.

Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of product management experience, preferably in productivity SaaS products, demonstrating a successful track record of delivering user-facing products. - Extensive firsthand experience in user behavior research. - Strong proficiency in using both quantitative data (e.g., metrics, analytics) and qualitative data (e.g., user feedback, usability research) to prioritize product features. Ability to analyze data independently through SQL queries and data analysis tools. - At least 3 years of experience in either full-stack/backend development or AI/ML/NLP engineering. - Thorough understanding of GenAI, Agentic AI, and Large Language Models. - Proven experience in building diverse and inclusive product teams.
