About the role
As a UX Designer at Globeia, you will be working at the intersection of user-centered design and complex compliance workflows. Your main role will involve helping users navigate sensitive, high-stakes processes smoothly by turning complex services into intuitive, reliable, and reassuring digital experiences. • *Key Responsibilities:** - Design end-to-end UX for dashboards, workflow-based tools, and marketing experiences - Simplify complex, multi-step compliance workflows into intuitive user journeys - Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for both web and mobile platforms - Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights into design solutions - Build and maintain scalable design systems and UX standards - Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation - Continuously iterate based on feedback, analytics, and usability metrics • *Qualifications Required:** - 45+ years of experience designing complex web apps, SaaS, or workflow-heavy products - Expert proficiency in Figma including design systems, components, and prototyping - Strong understanding of UX principles, IA, and interaction design - Experience with user research, testing, and data-driven design decisions - Mobile-first, responsive design experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) - Ability to work independently and take full ownership of UX outcomes
Preferred qualifications include experience with dashboards, data-heavy interfaces, or regulated industries, a background in B2B SaaS or enterprise products, knowledge of design systems (Material, Apple HIG, Carbon), and familiarity with motion design and micro-interactions.
