UX-UI Designer

As an experienced interaction designer at AyurConnect, you will be responsible for crafting beautiful experiences for the community of Ayurveda doctors. You will work in a fast-paced environment of a venture capital funded startup, collaborating directly with the founder and CEO on creative digital campaigns for the mobile app, website, and social media platforms. Here's what you will be doing:

Key Responsibilities: - Design effective user interfaces, experiences, and flows based on a deep understanding of our users. - Collaborate with the product manager to set the vision for the user experience and bring life to our products. - Create user experiences from low-fidelity sketches to high-fidelity pixel-perfect mockups. - Develop and maintain effective specifications and design patterns. - Advocate for customer and user-centered design in a corporate environment. - Work closely with the Business, Product, and Tech teams to define clear project deliverables and timelines. - Conduct user research and interviews to deeply understand user behavior and needs.

Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 1 year of UX or interaction design experience, including experience with responsive web design and frameworks like Bootstrap. - Previous experience in mobile application design, especially on Android. - Proficiency in design tools like Illustrator and Photoshop, with a willingness to learn new tools and skills. - Strong portfolio showcasing past work and relevant, user-centered design solutions. - Advanced knowledge of prototyping and experience with prototyping tools. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate and sell ideas.
