Under the Sharingbox brand, we imagine and deploy high-impact event and marketing activations: photobooths, interactive experiences, and innovative photo and video devices.
In this context, we are recruiting an UX/UI Designer to design and manage useful, coherent, and engaging experiences, both digital and physical, in an international and multi-site environment.
As a true cross-functional UX referent, you will be responsible for the quality, coherence, and continuity of the customer experience across all touchpoints, both online and in the field. On a daily basis, you will be involved in:
Responsibilities
- Design, improve, and evolve all digital customer journeys: Website, booking tunnel, digital menus, loyalty program, pre- and post-visit communications
- User testing, analysis of results, and formulation of actionable recommendations
- Animation and evolution of the design system in a multi-country and multi-language context
- Contribution to the prioritization of UX projects based on customer, business, and operational impact
- Identify friction points and define improvement levers on the sites
- Contribute to the design of physical devices: signage, information materials, space organization, flow management, waiting experience
- Conduct regular field observations at client sites in France and Europe
- Formalize deliverables and design documentation for technical teams and service providers
- Actively participate in product and project rituals (sprints, reviews, project meetings)
- Present and evangelize the UX approach to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in UX/UI design
- Experience in environments combining digital products and physical or service experiences
- Sensitivity to brand identity translation between digital and lived experience
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to effectively communicate with technical teams
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) applied to digital and physical
- Comfortable in cross-functional and international environments
- Professional English required
- Experience in multi-country or multi-site contexts, ideally in tourism, leisure, retail, or services, is a plus.

- Based on profile, fixed salary + bonus
