About the role
Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead the UX/UI vision for the Noedra portfolio and establish a DG-wide design system to ensure cohesive, accessible experiences across multiple product lines. You will partner with product, engineering, and tech stakeholders to embed user‑centric design principles and drive measurable UX performance. Your leadership will enable scalable, high‑quality digital experiences that support Siemens Energy’s grid digitalization and energy‑transformation goals.

- Set the overarching UX/UI vision for Noedra Portfolio across product lines
- Establish and maintain a DG-wide design system with components, interaction standards, accessibility guidelines and UI frameworks
- Lead user research, usability testing and journey mapping to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with Noedra engineering teams to ensure consistent implementation of design standards
- Define and monitor UX performance metrics (usability, adoption, engagement, satisfaction)
- Champion accessibility, security‑aware design, and regulatory compliance
Aufgaben
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
- 3–5 years of leadership experience in UX/UI design
- Proven experience building and scaling design systems across multi‑product environments
- Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and understanding of front‑end technologies
- Experience leading cross‑functional teams in Agile environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluency in English; German is advantageous
