About the role
Minimum Qualifications
- 3 years of experience with UX/UI design
- 3 years of experience with general design
- Ability to estimate duration of work and meet tight deadlines
- Experience making graphs, graphics, and layouts for proposal work
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and working knowledge of other Adobe software
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Expert knowledge of UX principles
- Practical experience with color theory
- Expert knowledge with interface layouts and information architecture
- Experience delegating work and managing multiple projects
- Experience giving presentations to internal and external stakeholders
- Experience leading design discussions
- Experience collaborating with external design teams
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and direction
