Hiring: UX/UI Designer (Design Systems & AI-Driven Workflow)

Location: Mumbai Andheri East

Hybrid 3 days WFO and 12pm to 9pm

Target- only mumbai based short notice and Fintech domain SAAS product and complex platform experience

Type: Full-time

1. The Mission (Hiring Purpose)

The successful candidate must achieve a fully functional, centralized Design System and UX Component Library within the first 6 months. This system will serve as the "single source of truth" across our entire digital product suite to ensure visual consistency and engineering scalability.

2. Specific Technical Skills & Hands-on Experience

We are looking for a designer with deep, hands-on experience in complex B2B/SaaS platforms.

- Figma Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Auto-Layout, Variables, Design Tokens, and maintaining shared libraries. - Workflow Efficiency: Proven experience using AI-powered design tools (e.G., for wireframing, prototyping, or accessibility audits) to accelerate design cycles. - Accessibility Standards: Practical application of WCAG 2.1/2.2, Google Material Design, or Microsoft Inclusive Design frameworks.

Candidate Self-Rating Requirement:

Shortlisted candidates will be asked to rate themselves (1–10) on:

1. Design System Architecture (Building scalable components) 2. Information Architecture (Organizing complex data sets) 3. Prototyping Speed (High-fidelity interactions in Figma)

3. Critical Communication Skills

As this is a platform-wide role, the candidate must be able to:

- Translate Requirements: Turn complex business logic into intuitive user flows. - Defend Design Decisions: Communicate the "Why" behind a design to Engineering and Leadership teams. - Governance: Document transparent standards for UI components and interaction patterns for developer hand-off.

4. Required Qualifications

- Experience: 4–12 years as a UX/UI Designer focusing on complex software systems. - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Visual Communication, or a related technical field. - Portfolio: Mandatory. Must demonstrate systems-based design and the ability to handle high-density data interfaces.
