About

As an IT Cloud Solutions and Vendor Manager, you will play a critical role in our organization's digital transformation journey. You'll be responsible for overseeing our cloud solutions, optimizing vendor partnerships, and ensuring seamless collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect) are a plus
• 6+ years IT experience in the capacity of a Vendor Manager
• Proven experience in cloud solutions architecture, implementation, and management
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, select, and implement cloud solutions that align with our business goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure
• Monitor performance, security, and scalability of cloud services
• Develop and maintain successful relationships with our vendor network
• Negotiate contracts, service-level agreements (SLAs), and pricing terms
• Ensure vendors meet performance expectations throughout the relationship

• Cost to company salary of R1.4 to R1.6m PA negotiable on experience and ability.
