We also process our clients' Back Office operations from our hubs in Switzerland, Singapore, and Portugal. In 2020, Azqore represented 200 billion euros in assets under management for around thirty banks. Our IT Security department is recruiting to support Azqore's development. At the heart of our strategy, we are looking for a VIE Project Management Officer - Identity & Access Management.

The Team

Within the IT Security - Identity and Access Management department, you will contribute to the monitoring and coordination of projects related to Azqore and IWM Group's identity and access management. The IAM team notably manages a transformation program aimed at harmonizing access governance processes and deploying a centralized solution based on SailPoint. In this context, we are looking for a VIE PMO to assist the team in program management and operational project monitoring. The position is to be filled in our Lausanne premises.

Your Responsibilities

Support for IAM Project Management

• Contribute to the monitoring of IAM projects and transformation initiatives
• Update project plans, milestones, and progress indicators
• Monitor risks, dependencies, and actions

Support for PMO Activities

• Prepare materials for steering committees
• Consolidate program monitoring indicators
• Ensure follow-up of decisions and actions

Stakeholder Coordination

• Facilitate communication between IT, security, and business teams
• Participate in the organization of project meetings
• Write meeting minutes and ensure action follow-up

Improvement of Project Management Tools and Processes

• Contribute to the structuring of monitoring tools (dashboards, reporting)
• Participate in the standardization of project management practices

Typical Activities

• Deliverable monitoring

Your Key Skills

• Hold a Master's degree or equivalent in IT / Project Management
• Good communication skills and ability to adapt to different hierarchical levels
• Organized, tenacious, rigorous, and proactive
• Ability to synthesize and develop the most efficient path (process/data) to achieve an objective
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent English (B2 minimum)

About the Recruitment Process?

As HR Manager, I will contact you for an initial discussion. If we (you & I) decide to move forward in the process, you will have an interview with the manager (via video call). If the manager interview is successful, you will meet the manager in charge of the position. Final HR interview. You will also complete a test on your motivational drivers (PULSIONS) if you advance in the selection process.
