Our IT Security department is recruiting to support Azqore's development.
At the heart of our strategy, we are looking for a VIE Project Management Officer - Identity & Access Management.
The Team
Within the IT Security - Identity and Access Management department, you will contribute to the monitoring and coordination of projects related to Azqore and IWM Group identity and access management.
The IAM team notably pilots a transformation program aimed at harmonizing access governance processes and deploying a centralized solution based on SailPoint.
In this context, we are looking for a VIE PMO to assist the team in program piloting and operational project monitoring.
The position is to be filled at our Lausanne premises.
Your Responsibilities
Support for IAM project piloting
- Contribute to the monitoring of IAM projects and transformation initiatives
- Update project plans, milestones, and progress indicators
- Monitor risks, dependencies, and actions
Support for PMO activities
- Prepare materials for steering committees
- Consolidate program monitoring indicators
- Ensure follow-up of decisions and actions
Stakeholder Coordination
- Facilitate communication between IT, security, and business teams
- Participate in organizing project meetings
- Draft meeting minutes and ensure action follow-up
Improvement of project management tools and processes
- Contribute to structuring monitoring tools (dashboards, reporting)
- Participate in standardizing project management practices

Your Key Skills
- You have validated a Master's degree or equivalent in an IT / Project Management field.
- You have a good level of communication and know how to adapt to different hierarchical levels.
- You are organized, tenacious, rigorous, and have initiative.
- You are recognized for your ability to synthesize and develop the most efficient path (process/data) to achieve an objective.
- You have a good command of Excel and Powerpoint.
- Fluent English required (B2 minimum).

About the recruitment process?
