Our IT Security department is recruiting to support Azqore's development.

At the heart of our strategy, we are looking for a VIE Project Management Officer - Identity & Access Management.

The Team

Within the IT Security - Identity and Access Management department, you will contribute to the monitoring and coordination of projects related to Azqore and IWM Group identity and access management.

The IAM team notably pilots a transformation program aimed at harmonizing access governance processes and deploying a centralized solution based on SailPoint.

In this context, we are looking for a VIE PMO to assist the team in program piloting and operational project monitoring.

The position is to be filled at our Lausanne premises.

Your Responsibilities

Support for IAM project piloting

• Contribute to the monitoring of IAM projects and transformation initiatives
• Update project plans, milestones, and progress indicators
• Monitor risks, dependencies, and actions

Support for PMO activities

• Prepare materials for steering committees
• Consolidate program monitoring indicators
• Ensure follow-up of decisions and actions

Stakeholder Coordination

• Facilitate communication between IT, security, and business teams
• Participate in organizing project meetings
• Draft meeting minutes and ensure action follow-up

Improvement of project management tools and processes

• Contribute to structuring monitoring tools (dashboards, reporting)
• Participate in standardizing project management practices

Typical Activities

Your Key Skills

• You have validated a Master's degree or equivalent in an IT / Project Management field.
• You have a good level of communication and know how to adapt to different hierarchical levels.
• You are organized, tenacious, rigorous, and have initiative.
• You are recognized for your ability to synthesize and develop the most efficient path (process/data) to achieve an objective.
• You have a good command of Excel and Powerpoint.
• Fluent English required (B2 minimum).

About the recruitment process?

• As HR Manager, I will contact you for an initial discussion.
• If we (you & I) decide to move forward in the process, you will have an interview with the manager (via video).
• If the manager interview is successful, you will meet the manager in charge of the position.
• Final HR interview.
• You will also complete a test on your motivational drivers (PULSIONS) if you advance in the selection process.
